Delivery Consultant / Solution Consultant

Sikich is seeking a consultant to work with our Life Sciences clients to help them successfully implement and adopt our Quality Management System (QMS) software. This individual will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, demo and scoping to user training and post-implementation support. Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.\n\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\nConduct requirements gathering and scoping sessions with clients to understand their business processes and QMS requirements\nAdhere to the Project timelines and raise any risk whenever needed\nConfigure the QMS software to meet client requirements and ensure data accuracy\nProvide user training and support to clients throughout the implementation process\nWork closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation, including collaborating with developers, project managers, and other consultants as needed\nManage client relationships and communicate project status updates on a regular basis\nTravel to client sites as needed\n\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Quality Management, with a focus on QMS implementation and configuration\nExperience in working with TrackWise / TrackWise Digital / Salesforce Configuration\nConfigure and optimize TrackWise On-Premises / TWD Solutions\nExperience in migrating configuration from one Environment to another Environment\nExperience in drafting and Execution of Validation Documentation like IQ, Design documentation\nExperience in drafting Configuration Specification / Design documentation\nProficiency in managing Admin Queries, SAP Crystal Reports, Webservices\nExperience with Installation / Upgrades\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields\nExperience working with Life Sciences regulations and standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and EU MDR\nExperience with software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, testing, and training\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project team members\n\nBenefits of being a part of the team\nFamily Health Insurance including parents\nLife & Accident Insurance\nMaternity/paternity leave\nPerformance-based incentives\nReferral Bonus program\nExam Fee Reimbursement Policy\nIndian festival holidays\n5 days working week\nDoctor's Consultation
