Job Description
Telecalling & Lead Management\nMake 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases\nHandle inbound inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email professionally\nConduct cold calling and ensure timely follow-ups on leads\nMaintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems\nTrack daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including calls, conversions, and enrollments\nAchieve assigned admission and enrollment targets\n2.
