About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – Lead Gen & Growth to own pipeline generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and revenue generation by building high-performing campaigns that target enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and scale multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to fuel our sales pipeline.
- Account-Based Marketing: Architect and deploy personalized ABM programs aimed at high-value enterprise accounts.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Revenue & Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to synchronize campaign outreach with core revenue priorities.
- Partner Co-Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with major cloud ecosystems (like Google Cloud) to design joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and maximize market development funds.
- Marketing Automation & Analytics: Manage HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaign performance, build lead-nurturing workflows, and deliver data-backed ROI insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically inside Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services (MSP), or enterprise tech environments.
- Deep ABM Expertise: Hands-on experience mapping out enterprise buying committees and creating targeted account plays.
- Platform Proficiency: Advanced skills navigating CRM and automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Practical knowledge of how the cloud ecosystem operates (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical capability to convert campaign metrics into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Proven ability to smoothly manage multiple overlapping campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working within the Google Cloud partner ecosystem.
- Active familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and generative automation platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
