Role Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Track Lead_SAP Concur – T&E, P2P & Finance Systems to drive global ownership of Travel & Expense and Procure-to-Pay processes. This role will lead finance technology initiatives, optimize SAP Concur, strengthen BI capabilities, and ensure seamless integration across financial systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership & Governance\nAct as global SME for T&E and P2P processes\nDefine and execute finance technology roadmap\nEstablish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks\nDrive digital transformation and process optimization\nCollaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement stakeholders\nSAP Concur Ownership\nManage SAP Concur (Expense, Invoice, Request) platform\nConfigure workflows, audit rules, and expense policies\nOversee corporate card programs and system controls\nEnsure data integrity and resolve complex issues\nDrive continuous enhancements and user experience improvements\nBI & Reporting (Cognos)\nDevelop dashboards and reports in IBM Cognos Analytics\nDeliver insights on spend, compliance, and KPIs\nEnable self-service BI for business stakeholders\nManage Cognos environment (security, performance, modeling)\nFinance Systems & Integration\nLead integrations with SAP S/4HANA FI, Oracle, NetSuite\nEnsure accurate GL postings, cost centers, and vendor data\nWork with middleware tools ( MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO )\nMaintain end-to-end data integrity across systems\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead and mentor global teams\nPartner with leadership on financial insights and system improvements\nManage vendor relationships (SAP Concur, IBM, partners)\nDrive training and adoption across business users\nKey Requirements\n15+ years of experience in T&E, P2P, Finance Systems, and BI\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP Concur\nExpertise in Cognos / BI Reporting / Dashboards\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA FI or other ERP systems\nStrong knowledge of system integrations and middleware tools\nProven experience in global stakeholder management and leadership\nExposure to finance transformation and automation initiatives
