The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple Western dance styles, choreograph performances, and create an engaging learning environment that encourages creativity, rhythm, and self-expression.\nResponsibilities:\nDance Instruction: Teach various Western dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Salsa, and Freestyle to students of different age groups.\nChoreography: Plan and choreograph dance routines for school events, competitions, and annual performances.\nStudent Development: Assess students' progress and provide personalized guidance to enhance their skills.\nLesson Planning: Design structured lesson plans to introduce students to different dance techniques and movements.\nExtracurricular Activities: Organize and lead dance clubs, workshops, and after-school programs.\nEvent Coordination: Assist in planning and executing cultural programs, inter-school competitions, and annual day performances.\nFitness & Discipline: Encourage fitness, flexibility, and discipline through dance training.\nCollaboration: Work closely with other performing arts faculty and school management to integrate dance with the overall curriculum.\nClassroom Management: Maintain a safe, energetic, and inclusive environment for students.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Diploma/Degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience teaching Western dance to children and teenagers.\nExperience in choreography and stage performances.\nSkills:\nProficiency in multiple Western dance styles.\nStrong ability to teach and motivate students.\nExcellent communication and classroom management skills.\nScreening Process:\nDance Audition: A practical demonstration of dance expertise.\nTeaching Demonstration: Conduct a sample dance session.\nInterview: Assessment of teaching approach and experience.\nJob Type: Full-time / Part-time\nSchedule:\nDay shift\nAbility to Commute/Relocate:\nVijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)\nEducation:\nDiploma/Degree in Dance or Performing Arts (Preferred)\nExperience:\nDance Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)\nChoreography: 2 years (Preferred)\nLanguage:\nEnglish (Preferred)\nWork Location:\nIn person
