Job Description

We’re seeking a Group Manager, Product Marketing for one of the modules of AI Force, HCLTech’s GenAI service-transformation platform for IT, Data and Business Operations. In this role, you’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the AI Force module, driving our mission to lead the services-transformation market. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Presales teams, with direct reporting to the Global Head of AI/GenAI Marketing and dotted-line accountability to the Business Head.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for the AI Force module, refining the AI narrative, messaging, and market positioning through go-to-market and experiential campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand awareness.\nProduct Launch Leadership: Lead end-to-end product pre-launch and launch planning, including strategy, timelines, messaging, and execution.

Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize milestones and ensure alignment across stakeholders.\nPositioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks, GTM materials, enablement content, and conceptual/demo videos that demonstrate how AI Force drives service transformation for clients.\nIntegrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, and other channels to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline, and increase product adoption.\nAccount-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and own the ABM strategy for strategic accounts and partners, leveraging 1:1 and 1:few programs to maximize engagement and influence.\nPerformance Measurement & Analytics: Measure and report on marketing and GTM program performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nMarket & Competitive Intelligence: Track AI industry trends, analyze analyst reports, and perform competitive analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning, and product development.\nContent & Enablement Management: Develop and maintain product website content, sales enablement tools, and all GTM materials to support internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.\n\nQualifications:\n10+ years of B2B marketing and product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies.\nProven track record of creating and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, including product launches.\nStrong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy.\nExpertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.\nExperience in sales enablement, developing collateral, training and tools that support revenue growth.\nAbility to track and measure marketing success metrics, including impact on pipeline, revenue, and GTM ROI.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nEffective at building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.\nExperience managing external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and programs.\nAbility to excel in fast-moving, dynamic environments while applying creative and innovative problem-solving.\nDegree in Marketing, Business Administration; MBA preferred.\n\nYou will be part of a close knit, highly passionate team that is working in one of the most talked about areas in the technology industry today.
