Job Overview:\nThe Admissions Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new students and maintaining strong relationships with parents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the school's values and programs, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdmissions Process Management:\nHandle inquiries from prospective parents and students.\nConduct school tours and provide detailed information about the school's programs, facilities, and values.\nAssist families through the application and enrollment process.\nEvaluate and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.\nParent Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admission and general school inquiries.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster a supportive community.\nAddress and resolve any concerns or issues raised by parents in a timely and professional manner.\nOrganize and facilitate parent engagement activities and events.\nCommunication and Marketing:\nCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement admission campaigns.\nPrepare and distribute admission materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with prospective and current parents.\nAdministrative Support:\nAssist with the organization and execution of school events and activities.\nPrepare reports and presentations for school leadership regarding admission trends and parent feedback.\nManage and update the school’s database and CRM system.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.\nProven experience in an admissions or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with the local education system and admission procedures.\nExperience in event planning and coordination.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\n\nLocation : Mohali
