Human Resources Business Partner

Inspire Institute of Sport is looking for an HRBP to join their team in Vijayanagar, Bellary, Karnataka.

Role Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, managing the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment between people practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide HR solutions that support business goals.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR governance standards.
• Monitor employee engagement and retention, and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Facilitate organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, with exposure to business partnering and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
