Role Details:\nResponsible for managing overall P&L of the zone through a team of Regional Heads, Area Managers and Relationship Managers with strong leadership skills and Effective Service orientation. Strong man management skills coupled with Wealth Management expertise.\nOverall Job Description:\nDeliver the objectives of Pioneer Banking channel for the zone by leading a team of Relationship Managers and their supervisors\nDrive daily sales rigor by analyzing the customer data, sales performance metrics and articulating the key business imperatives of Affluent Banking Business\nHire, train and grow people in the zone to ensure customer centricity and RM productivity growth\nStrategize and drive initiatives in the zone to ensure sustainable growth of the business\nExpand presence in regions new to the bank to tap into new and prospective customer base\nStay informed about the market trends and industry developments and ensure relevant downloads to the team\nManaging the efficiency by improving the Average Revenue Per Client and keeping the cost in control\nImprove processes with focus on adhering to internal operational guidelines and ensuring zero regulatory outages\nEnsure compliance to the Bank’s and regulatory guidelines\nEnhance liability book growth through NTB acquisition and deepening of Existing Book\nEnsure net AUM growth as per assigned baseline targets\nEfficient in leading engaging conversations with ultra HNI families and large business houses\nShould be well conversant with the entire gamut of wealth and banking products as well as about product offerings by competition
