As an early-stage VC fund and often the first institutional investor on the cap table, we partner deeply with founders — bringing capital, strategic guidance, and a strong network to the table.\nWe're now looking for a Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our team and own the financial backbone of the fund.\n\nWhat you'll do\nThis is a high-ownership role where you'll lead fund-level financial operations end-to-end:\n• Own capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and expense management\n• Drive compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax, and SEBI (AIF) Regulations — including PPM compliance, valuation norms, dematerialization, and audit requirements\n• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and banking partners\n• Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning\n• Collaborate with the investment team on portfolio companies\n• Strengthen internal controls, build SOPs, and improve operational efficiency\n\n'05; What we're looking for\n• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)\n• 6+ years in finance management, fund accounting, VC/PE, or investment management post qualification\n• Strong grip on accounting standards and Indian regulatory compliance\n• Hands-on experience managing audits and statutory filings independently\n• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel\n• Sharp analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication\n• Comfortable thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment\n\nWhy Xeed?\nYou'll work directly with the Finance Controller and the leadership team, get a front-row seat to early-stage venture investing, and have real ownership over how we build and scale the finance function.
