Business Unit Head – Industrial Machinery Components & Foundry\nLocation: Coimbatore\nThe Business Unit Head will be responsible for the overall leadership and profitability of the Industrial Machinery Components business, including Foundry and Manufacturing Operations. The role involves driving business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic expansion while ensuring efficient plant operations, quality, safety, and cost management.\nThe incumbent will lead end-to-end functions covering Manufacturing, Foundry Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercials, and Business Development with full P&L accountability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive overall Business Unit performance including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.\nLead Foundry, machining, and manufacturing operations to achieve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets.\nStrengthen customer relationships with industrial OEMs and expand business opportunities.\nDrive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to quality systems, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.\nBuild and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.\nDesired Profile\nEngineering Graduate (Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred); MBA desirable.\n18+ years of experience in Foundry, Industrial Components, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.\nStrong exposure to Foundry Operations, P&L management, and industrial customer handling.\nProven leadership capability in managing large manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
