I am looking to Hire Freelance Investment Banking Instructors with a minimum of 5 Years Industry Experience. The Non-Negotiable must have concepts are mentioned below:\n\n1. Strong Financial Modeling Expertise\n- 3-statement models\n- DCF valuation\n- LBO modeling\n- M&A models\n\n2.
Deep Understanding of Valuation Techniques\n- Comparable company analysis (Comps)\n- Precedent transactions\n- Discounted cash flow (DCF)\n\n3. Real Investment Banking Experience\n- Experience in M&A, ECM, or advisory roles\n- Exposure to live deals, not just theory\n\n4. Advanced Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint Skills\n- Excel: shortcuts, model structuring, error-checking\n- PowerBI: Basic Washboarding\n- PowerPoint: pitch decks, CIMs, investor presentations\n\n5.
