We are envisioning the future of intelligence gathering by developing artificial intelligence and machine learning-based lawful interception & communication analytics solutions that solve the world’s most challenging problems.\n\nRole – Senior UX Designer\nLocation – Indore, MP – Work from Office\nYears of Experience Required – 4 to 6 Years\n\nEducational Qualifications – (Design Graduate from Tier 1 Colleges)\n\nJob Description:\nRequired Qualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio.\nRelevant degree from institutions like NID and equivalents.\nStrong UX thinking and problem-solving skills beyond visual design.\nResearch-oriented mindset with the ability to frame problems clearly.\nProficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.\nAbility to prototype ideas quickly and communicate concepts clearly.\nComfortable collaborating with developers and working within technical constraints.\n\nPreferred / Nice to Have:\nHCI or related certifications.\nExperience designing B2B products, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces.\n\nRole Summary:\nWe are looking for a UX-driven designer who focuses on solving user problems rather than just creating interfaces.\nThis role will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to explore ideas, prototype solutions quickly, and deliver thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand user problems and translate them into meaningful product experiences.\nDrive UX-first thinking across flows, features, and interactions.\nConduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions.\nCreate wireframes, flows, and prototypes to validate concepts quickly.\nUse modern tools and prompt-assisted workflows to prototype and test ideas early.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering to ensure practical and high-quality implementation.\nAdvocate for users and contribute actively to product discussions and design critiques.
