Additionally, candidates are expected to work from the Delhi NCR office (Gurugram/Noida) for one day each week as part of the hybrid work model.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead Generation to Deal Closure (End to End)\nDevelop a 30:60:90 plan of your key activities to plan the acquisition of new customers. Cold calling, in-mails etc.\nUnderstand Pharma and Life Sciences industry in depth, along with the various SaaS products and services provided by Axtria is a plus.\nUnderstand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.\nMarket intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.\nUnderstand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.\n\nEducation\nMaster of Business Administration in Marketing\n\nWork Experience\n5+ years of SaaS Solution Sales for US Markets (including, delivering presentations to prospects, demos, conducting competitor analysis and market research)\nExperience working with a global company preferred\nHave sold solutions like CRMs (Salesforce preferred), ERPs, and other complex SaaS solutions\n\nBehavioural Competencies\nCustomer focus\nLearning on the fly\nProblem solving\nDrive for result\nTechnical Competencies\nBusiness development
