Techno Functional SCPO

About Position:

This role is a hybrid Techno Functional position focused on delivering end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the SCPO platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale planning solutions across supply chain domains.

What You'll Do:

• You will be responsible for designing and leading technical teams.
• Delivering services related to implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration of Client’s SCPO and Cognitive Planning products.
• Analysis, solution development, technical support, and training.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Technical skills and experience: should have expertise in Operating systems (Windows, Unix), databases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, SQL/PL SQL), cloud platforms (Azure or equivalent), microservices architecture, and implementation experience with Client’s SCPO platform.
• Responsible for designing, leading technical teams, and delivering services related to implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration of Client’s SCPO and Cognitive Planning products, including analysis, solution development, technical support, and training.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, Python, and data analytics is preferred.
• The ideal candidate has over 5+ years in software, with leadership experience in multiple full implementation cycles, solid programming and problem-solving skills, expertise in PL/SQL, ETL, Python, Perl scripting, and cloud or on-premises enterprise solution deployment.
• Hands-on development experience and passion for new technologies are emphasized.
• Professional attributes: Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills are essential, along with domain knowledge of supply chain planning and reporting tools like PowerBI or Cognos.
• Education qualification: BE/Btech pass out.
