We are hiring for Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant !!

Job Title: Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant

Location: PAN India

Experience Range: 5-10 yrs

Job Description:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Absence Management.
• At least 2-3 full cycle Oracle HCM Implementation experience with focus on Absence Management.
• Experience in configuring approval workflows and Fast Formulas is highly required.
• Experience in integration absence with of Time & Labor, Payroll.
• Strong knowledge in creating Fast Formulas for complex eligibility, accruals, and carryover calculations.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, documenting those, doing fit gap analysis and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM application
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define business processes and solutions.

TCS Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
• Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
• Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 month need not apply.
