Customer Support Engineer | 2 To 6 years | Bangalore | 0-30 NP
Customer Support Engineer- (Propulsion)
nComprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical proficiency in the following ATA Chapters, specifically applied to Airbus narrow-body (A320 Family) or wide-body (A330/A350/A380) platforms: ATA 21, ATA 36, ATA 47, ATA 30-12, ATA 30-11, ATA 49, ATA 54, ATA 70- ATA 80
.Customer Support Engineer (Cabin & Cargo)
Comprehensive theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical proficiency in the following ATA Chapters, specifically applied to Airbus narrow-body (A320 Family) or wide-body (A330/A350/A380) platforms: ATA 2159, ATA 25, ATA 26, ATA 30, ATA 35 & ATA 38
.Customer Support Engineer (Reliability)
Good knowledge about Airbus/ Engineering manufacture's/ OEM Technical documentation. Airbus fleet (A320, A350,A380) experience. Tools: airbus world/airnavx using experience
,knowledge about ISI,TFU and VSB/SB/AD
.- AMASIS Tools experience would be an added advantage
.Customer Support Engineer(Avinoics)
Customer Support Engineering – 1SYAF specialists who are interfacing with Avionics systems and troubleshooting the same
.- Experience in one or several of the following domains Avionics & ATA 23/46 (Communication/Information System) HF,VHF, SATCOM, ACARS System, ATSU, DSPs etc
.- B2 license holder who has worked in the SATCOM/ACARS domain will be added advantage
