Designation: Zscaler Engineer ( L1 )\nLocation: Kerala\nExperience: 1–2 years in Network Security / Cybersecurity\nQualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field\n\nAbout the role: Support and monitor Zscaler security services by troubleshooting endpoint/client issues, handling basic configurations, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day cybersecurity operations.\n\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor and perform routine health checks of Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA).\nProvide L1 support for endpoint and server client issues.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and generate reports.\nHandle basic configuration changes as per SOPs.\nSupport patching and release deployment activities.\nPerform end-to-end testing for implemented changes.\nTrack and report SLA adherence for incidents/service requests.\nEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.\n\nRequirements:\n1–2 years of experience in Network Security/Cybersecurity.\nBasic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, and networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA platforms.\nKnowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac endpoint troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes, Incident Management, and SLA tracking.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nZscaler certifications preferred.\n\nAbout Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specialising in connecting top talent with leading organisations.
