Job Description

User Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs across WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS channels.
  • Build and optimize user journeys to improve engagement, repeat rates, and long-term retention.
  • Identify user segments and create targeted communication strategies to maximize customer value.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned and earned channels.
  • Work closely with creative, product, and business teams to launch growth initiatives and new product features.
  • Manage seasonal, category, and milestone-based campaigns to drive user engagement and transaction frequency.
  • Develop campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across channels.

Partnerships & Community Growth

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, communities, and ecosystem partners.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Explore referral, ambassador, and advocacy programs to unlock organic growth.

Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling customer-facing communication.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with different customer segments.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across all customer touchpoints.

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, repeat rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and customer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards and present growth performance to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Analytics, CRM, Business, and Operations teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with product teams to improve onboarding experiences and customer journeys.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement.
