Job Title\nFinance Transformation Lead\n(Senior Manager – Individual Contributor)\nFunction: Finance & Accounts\nReporting To: CFO’s Office\n\nRole Purpose\n\nThe Finance Transformation Lead will drive modernization and transformation across finance operations. The role focuses on building scalable, system-driven processes and reducing dependency on manual ways of working.\nThe individual will work closely with business teams, IT, and leadership to improve finance processes, drive automation, implement digital tools, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFinance Transformation & Process Excellence\n\nIdentify process gaps and design improved finance workflows.\nDrive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.\nSupport evaluation and implementation of finance systems and tools in collaboration with IT and business teams.\nContinuously improve existing finance systems and digital processes.\nStandardize and redesign key finance processes such as:\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P)\nOrder-to-Cash (OTC)\nVendor Onboarding\nCapex\nFixed Assets\nFinancial Close & Consolidation\nReview and optimize existing SAP capabilities.\nStrengthen governance frameworks and process controls.\n\nBusiness & Commercial Finance Partnership\n\nBuild dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI and data from systems like SAP, TMS, DMS, etc.\nPartner with Finance and IT teams to create KPI tracking and analytical models.\nSupport implementation of FP&A, Capex, COPA, and planning-related processes/tools.\nSupport subsidiary governance and financial control frameworks.\nAssist in implementation and stabilization of international business models.\nSupport the CFO’s Office on strategic and cross-functional projects.\nLead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.\nDrive automation and digitization of management reporting processes.\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing, commercial finance, and business finance.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\nExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and BI tools like Power BI.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to manage change and collaborate across functions.\nHigh ownership mindset with strong execution capability.\nExperience in GCC transition projects would be an added advantage.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nChartered Accountant (CA).\n10–12 years of post-qualification experience.\nExperience in finance transformation and project management initiatives.\nPrior exposure to Finance Transformation, Plant Finance, Business Finance, or Corporate Accounting/Consolidation preferred.\nExperience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Consulting environments preferred.
