Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Regional Head - Real Estate Sales, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing regional sales teams, driving property sales in the commercial and residential sectors, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails market trend analysis, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing property listings, and optimizing regional operations for growth and profitability. Effective team collaboration and proactive problem-solving are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in CP Real Estate, including Residential Sales and Commercial Real Estate
- Experience in Property Management
- Understanding of Finance principles relevant to real estate transactions and operations
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
- Prior experience in managing sales operations in the real estate sector is highly desirable
