Now Hiring: Insurance Verification Coordinator (Dental Office – U.S.-Based Practice)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Evening Shift – India Time)
Compensation: Approx. ₹40,000 per month
Remote – Work from Home
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused Insurance Verification Coordinator to join our U.S.-based dental office team. You’ll play a vital role in verifying and updating insurance details to ensure seamless patient care and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance details for new and existing patients
- Contact insurance providers for eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations
- Update patient records accurately and promptly
- Communicate denials or missing information with the clinical team
- Assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions

Required Competencies:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional, clear, and pleasant communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, keyboarding, data entry)
Preferred:
- Prior experience in dental or medical insurance verification (highly preferred)
- Background in the dental or medical field is a plus
