Job Title: Career Guidance Program Coordinator

Role Purpose

To lead and monitor the Career Guidance Cell across K–12 schools by ensuring the systematic implementation of career guidance, skill development programs, career awareness initiatives, and student career planning activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting career guidance and skill guidance sessions for school students.

Key ResponsibilitiesCareer Guidance & Skill Development
  • Conduct regular career guidance and skill development sessions for students from Grades K–12.
  • Guide students in identifying suitable career pathways based on their interests, aptitude, strengths, and future aspirations.
  • Coordinate and monitor psychometric assessments through external partners and ensure students receive appropriate guidance based on assessment reports.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor career guidance, skill-building, and career awareness programs across schools.
  • Organize career awareness sessions, workshops, expert talks, university interactions, career fairs, and other career-related events.
  • Support students in setting academic and career goals and developing career action plans.
Student Career Record Management
  • Maintain comprehensive career guidance records for all students.
  • Track student interests, psychometric assessment reports, counselling sessions, skill development activities, and career aspirations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data management, and periodic reporting of career guidance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field.
  • Mandatory Certification or Degree in Career Guidance / Career Counselling.
  • Prior experience in career counselling, career guidance, or student development programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-management abilities.
