Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition across platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Drive lead generation strategy with a focus on quality, conversion, and CAC efficiency.
- Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor and improve funnel performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
- Track, report, and analyze performance data to inform decisions and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with sales, program, and leadership teams to align growth efforts with business outcomes.
- Run continuous experiments with new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth strategies.
- Build scalable systems and processes that make growth predictable and repeatable.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards.
- Good intuition for audience targeting, messaging, and positioning.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation in marketing workflows is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition roles.
- Experience in edtech, upskilling, or similar consumer-focused domains is a plus.
- Prior experience owning CAC, funnel conversion, or lead quality metrics is a plus.
