What You Bring:

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs

• Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production

• Strong experience with:

• LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)

• Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)

• Production ML deployment and monitoring

• Python development and API design
