Program Operations Consultant (6-Month Contract)

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Operations Consultant to join our Program Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in website management, content operations, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and project coordination while contributing to impactful learning programs.


Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Create and maintain website pages and landing pages using HubSpot or similar CMS platforms.
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of website content.

Content Quality Control

  • Perform grammar, language, and formatting checks on website content.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Quality Audits

  • Conduct end-to-end audits of program and operational information.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.

User Experience Testing

  • Test website journeys and program flows.
  • Flag issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Program Collaterals

  • Create and maintain brochures, emails, offer letters, and other program-related assets.
  • Ensure all collaterals are accurate and updated.

Email Campaign Management

  • Create and manage email templates and campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency across communication channels.

Program Launch Support

  • Assist in the successful launch of new programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of all required assets.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Provide support for product and technology-related queries.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in Operations, Project Management, Product Operations, or Program Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CMS platforms is a plus.
