Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nImmense exposure and learning\nExcellent career growth\nCompany of highly passionate leaders and mentors\nAbility to build things from scratch\n\nKnow more about MGS:\nhttps://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-services\n\nRole: AVP level / Expense Management role\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Oversee end-to-end expense accounting, processing, and reporting.\n• Ensure compliance with global and local expense policies and regulatory requirements\n• Review and approve employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence\n• Analyse expense trends and variances; prepare regular management reports and dashboards\n• Lead month-end and year-end expense closing activities\n• Support budgeting and forecasting of operating expenses\n• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities\n• Act as primary contact for internal and external audits related to expenses\n• Develop, update, and communicate expense management policies and procedures\n• Provide training and guidance to employees on expense systems and policies\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement team, HR, IT) to resolve issues\n• Monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure Indian Accounting Standard/ Compliance adherence\n• Track and report key expense KPIs to leadership.\n\nRequirements:\n• CA/ CMA, with experience of more than 5- 7 years.\n• Strong understanding of Direct and Indirect taxation and Indian Accounting Standards.\n• Proven ability to handle daily accounting functions independently.\n• Proficiency in MS-Office, Tally\n• Preference would be given for hands-on experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, MS Dynamics\n• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.\n•Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.\n\nAddress:\n\nMizuho Global Services India Pvt.
