• To drive and coordinate strategic initiatives to boost business / improve processes
• Run deep dive portfolio analysis to identify risks / concerns and portfolio improvement scope
• To suggest & support digital transformation initiatives
• To support cross-functional alignment for strategic deliverables
• To facilitate Senior management meetings including agenda planning aligned to strategic priorities & preparing ATR
• To track implementation of management directives, strategic action items
• To prepare management presentations & MIS dashboards

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably B.Tech / B.com / BBA / BCA)

Specialized Knowledge

Skill Set (Must)

• Should have knowledge of finance / loan related terminologies
• Should have experience in budgeting / business analysis / excel dashboard
• Should have worked on Management Presentations

Skill Set (Desired)

• Previous experience in Finance / Banking services would be an added advantage
• Previous experience in product or strategy roles
