MIS Executive\nLocation: Hyderabad\nWork Mode: Work from Office\nExperience: 2–5 Years\n\nJob Description:\nValueMomentum is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support Talent Acquisition operations through effective reporting, vendor coordination, and SOW management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports and dashboards\nGenerate hiring trackers, onboarding reports, offer status reports, and recruitment analytics\nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition teams and external recruitment vendors\nHandle vendor management activities, follow-ups, documentation, and tracking\nPrepare and maintain SOWs (Statement of Work) and operational records\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams\nSupport recruitment operations and process improvements.\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong experience in MIS Reporting and Recruitment Operations\nAdvanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Formulas)\nExperience supporting Talent Acquisition teams\nExposure to Vendor Management and SOW preparation\nStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skills\n\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of Power BI, HRMS, or ATS tools\nAbility to handle multiple reports and deadlines efficiently\n\nQualification:\nAny Graduate / MBA Preferred
