Job Description
Zonal Retail Head\n\nKey job responsibilities:\n\nBusiness Growth:\n• Own & execute company’s ground retail strategy for prepaid & FOD product into assigned geographical spread\n• Responsible to achieve zonal retail targets in terms of key measurable metrics of revenue, tonnage, yields & gross margin etc.\n• Introduce DTDC ground retail products into micro clusters in line with competitive landscape and price positioning of geographical area\n• Identify and develop potential areas of growth within existing channel partner team as well new potential markets\n• Drive sales KPIs to build robust sales pipeline for profitable business growth through daily/weekly/monthly review mechanism\n• Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new trends etc.\n• Monitor service level gaps to ensure timely action & retention of existing base\n\nProcess Development & Training :\n• Align & collaborate with zonal cross functional teams to develop various processes required to grow retail business\n• Share competitive practices among key stakeholders to alignexisting processes in line with customer requirement\n• Take initiative and align with project team to ensure right processes are built and implemented in a timely manner\n• Conduct continuous product training to internal and external stakeholders as well as channel teams to create awareness about the product and its success\n\nLeadership:\n• Lead a team of regional retail cluster managers of assignedzone\n• Be a mentor and inspire team to go over and above to deliver exceptional results\n• Promote DTDC brand strength at every touch point with internal & external stakeholders\n• Build and encourage culture of innovative ideas among team for continuous improvement\n• Initiate and collaborate with zonal functional & business teams & act as one team
