Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. This role is focused on driving revenue through digital channels, building a strong brand presence, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth through digital marketing channels
• Manage and optimize the company website for conversions
• Handle and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Collaborate with and manage influencers and brand partnerships
• Identify trends and create high-performing content strategies
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of content trends and digital growth strategies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
• Passion for sports and fitness (preferred)

• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
• Type: Full-Time
• Open Positions: 1
• Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation: 2.4 LPA + 1% of total digital Sales
