You’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks, while supporting the founders and other team members with communication, planning, and coordination tasks.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and organize calendars, meetings, and schedules.\nHandle email correspondence and follow-ups.\nAssist with project coordination and task tracking.\nPrepare documents, reports, and presentations.\nSupport recruitment, sales, and marketing tasks (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM updates).\nHandle light bookkeeping or invoicing tasks.\nResearch and gather information as needed.\nYou Are\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.\nA strong communicator in English (Dutch or German is a plus).\nTech-savvy — you know your way around tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot (or similar).\nComfortable working remotely and independently.\nSomeone who loves efficiency and finding better ways to do things.\nWhat We Offer\nA remote-first, flexible work environment.\nOpportunities to learn about recruitment, marketing, and automation.\nA friendly and ambitious international team.\nLong-term collaboration and room to grow.
