You’ll work directly with customers in the US/ Canada, help them implement Thalamus into real workflows, and ensure they see measurable impact - faster responses, better accuracy, and higher win rates. This is not a support role.\n\nThis is customer ownership + product influence + real business impact.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn post-sale customer lifecycle for North America accounts\nLead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers\nWork closely with proposal managers, sales teams, and operations leaders\nDrive product adoption across real workflows (not just feature usage)\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and success planning\nIdentify expansion opportunities (upsell/ cross-sell) in collaboration with founders\nTranslate customer workflows into product feedback for the engineering team\nTrack usage, engagement, and outcomes to ensure customer success\nSupport customers during critical RFP / proposal cycles when it matters most\n\nWhat we're looking for\n1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles in SaaS\nExperience working with US / North America customers (required)\nStrong communication skills - clear, structured, and confident in customer-facing situations\nAbility to understand workflows, not just features\nComfortable handling enterprise stakeholders (proposal teams, sales leaders, operations)\nHigh ownership mindset - you don’t wait for instructions\nAbility to work in US time zones from India\n\nNice to have\nExperience in AI SaaS or enterprise software\nExposure to RFP tools, proposal workflows, or sales enablement platforms\nExperience working with mid-market or enterprise customers\nFamiliarity with tools like Hubspot, Slack, Sharepoint or knowledge management platforms\n\nWhy join Thalamus AI\nWork directly with founders on product and customer strategy\nHigh ownership role with real visibility into customer impact\nEarly-stage environment — fast learning, fast growth\nOpportunity to shape how enterprise AI products are adopted\nStrong exposure to North American enterprise customers\n\nLocation/ Work Model\nHybrid (Bangalore, Karnataka)\nWorking hours aligned with US time zones\n\nEqual Opportunity\nThalamus AI is an equal opportunity employer.
