Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, data-driven experiences for enterprise clients and contribute to the design strategy of large-scale programs. You’ll collaborate with business consultants, technology teams, and client stakeholders to uncover opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver impactful user experiences. You’ll work across industries such as finance, healthcare, education, and the public sector designing AI-enabled platforms, service ecosystems, and scalable design systems. You will help elevate design maturity, create reusable frameworks, and strengthen client partnerships through thoughtful design execution. Collaboration is central to our work. You'll partner with designers, developers, and consultants who share your passion for design excellence


Key Responsibilities Design Leadership

%CF; Contribute to design strategy for client programs; align design vision with business priorities.

%CF; Translate stakeholder needs into actionable design opportunities and roadmaps.

%CF; Support discovery activities (interviews, journey maps, service blueprints) and synthesize insights into design recommendations.

%CF; Collaborate on proposals and pre-sales materials with compelling narratives and measurable outcomes. Design Execution

%CF; Lead the design of complex service ecosystems and data-driven solutions, ensuring usability, transparency, and inclusivity.

%CF; Apply responsible AI design practices (explainability, human oversight, ethical considerations).

%CF; Develop frameworks, guidelines, and reusable patterns that scale across engagements.

%CF; Measure design impact through KPIs, usability metrics, and adoption analytics. Design Systems & Governance

%CF; Contribute to enterprise-grade design systems for consistency, accessibility, and scalability.

%CF; Participate in design reviews and governance practices to ensure quality and alignment.

%CF; Champion inclusive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), and privacy-by-design principles. Collaboration & Mentorship

%CF; Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous learning.

%CF; Partner with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

%CF; Represent design in client forums; communicate design decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly.


Required Professional Experience

%CF; 8+ years of experience in UI/UX/service design with a portfolio demonstrating enterprise-scale, data-intensive, and AI-enabled solutions
