Manager: Program and MIS\nNumber of Positions: 1\nLocation: Mumbai\nWorking: Work from Office\nReporting to: Director : Marketing, Sales and Business Development\n\nJob Purpose and Objective:\nThe Program/MIS Manager at NICMAR will be responsible for overseeing program management and the effective use of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support the Sales and Marketing functions. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role focuses on data management, analysis, and the implementation of programs that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.\n\nKey Result Areas (KRAs):\nMIS Management and Reporting:\nDevelop and maintain robust MIS systems to capture and analyze data related to sales, marketing, and student enrolments.\nGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and reports.\nProgram Management:\nOversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs related to sales and marketing initiatives.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and meet predefined objectives.\nTrack program progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.\nData Analysis and Strategic Insights:\nAnalyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the sales and marketing functions.\nProvide strategic insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales and Marketing based on data analysis.\nAssist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.\nProcess Optimization:\nIdentify and implement process improvements within the MIS and program management functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nWork closely with IT and other departments to optimize system performance and integrate new technologies where applicable.\nEnsure that all processes align with NICMAR’s strategic goals and operational standards.\nTeam Coordination and Support:\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and data sharing.\nProvide training and support to team members on the use of MIS tools and systems.\nAct as a liaison between the Director of Sales and Marketing and other departments to facilitate smooth program execution.\nReporting and Feedback:\nPrepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, MIS performance, and data-driven insights to the Director of Sales and Marketing.\nProvide ongoing feedback on system performance, program effectiveness, and process improvements.\nParticipate in strategic planning meetings to align MIS and program management efforts with overall institutional goals.\n\nExperience Requirements:\nExperience: 4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management, MIS, or a related role, with a strong background in data analysis, system management, and process optimization, preferably in Education domain.\nSkills: Proficiency in MIS tools, data analysis software, project management, and excellent communication skills.
