Counsellor / Admission Officer -- MBBS Abroad

As we grow, we're looking for passionate, driven counsellors who share our mission of making medical education accessible to every deserving student.\n\nYour role Counsel aspiring MBBS students and their parents — guide them from inquiry to admission.\nUnderstand each student's profile, budget, and goals to recommend the right university and country.\nHandle end-to-end admission process: application, offer letter, visa documentation, and pre-departure briefing.\nFollow up on leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.\nAttend education fairs, seminars, and school/college outreach programs.\nMaintain CRM records and achieve monthly enrollment targets.\n\nWho we're looking for Graduates in any stream (B.Sc., B.A., BBA, B.Com, etc.); background in life sciences is a plus.\n1–4 years of experience in education counselling, sales, or student advisory roles preferred; freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome.\nFluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.\nStrong interpersonal skills — ability to build trust with students and parents quickly.\nTarget-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping students shape their careers.\nComfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.\n\nWhat we offer Per-student incentive on every successful enrollment.\nInternational travel to partner universities abroad\nFast-track career growth & promotions.\nOngoing training on MBBS abroad ecosystem.\nMonthly & annual performance awards.
