The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with global teams and stakeholders, adapting to diverse perspectives and time zones to deliver successful outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServe as the primary client contact for technical architecture and solution design, ensuring that all configurations and implementations align with client goals and industry best practices.\nOwn technical delivery from design through go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction.\nMaintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates, architectural documentation, and technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide advanced technical support, performing complex troubleshooting and defect resolution, partnering with functional and technical teams to restore service and maintain optimal system performance.\nCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across global time zones to elicit, clarify, and translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specifications.\nProvide hands‑on technical leadership by planning and prioritizing implementation work, delegating tasks, removing blockers, and leading solution/design reviews, while mentoring team members to promote quality standards and drive continuous improvement in solution architecture and implementation practices.\nTravel as required to client sites for solution design sessions, implementation, and technical support.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience of Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie WMS experience.\nDeep hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder WMS configuration, extensions, integrations, and production support (MOCA, interfaces, data troubleshooting).\n5+ years of experience in technical solutions, project management, or client-facing technical roles.\nStrong knowledge of solution design, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).\nExperience overseeing technical projects and Stakeholder-facing experience across multiple WMS implementations.\nPhysically located in Hyderabad to work from our office.\nAbility and willingness to travel to client sites within and outside India as needed.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nQA automation experience is a plus.\nTeam Player, collaborative , and able to work with global teams across time zones as required.\n\nCommunication Language\n\nEnglish (required)\nFrench or Spanish is an asset\n\nKey Attributes for Success\n\nStrong consulting presence and client-facing confidence\nHands-on technical depth paired with architectural thinking\nAbility to lead without formal authority in matrixed environments\nStructured thinker who thrives in ambiguity and complexity\nDelivery-focused with strong accountability for outcomes\n\nWhy Join Us\n\nAt SLMCON, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact supply chain and warehouse transformation initiatives alongside a team of experienced practitioners who understand both technology and operations.\n\nWe are a growing global consultancy where your ideas, expertise, and contributions directly influence client outcomes and the evolution of our business.
