We are looking for highly skilled AI Engineers / Applied Scientists who have hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, optimizing, and evaluating LLMs/SLMs for real-world production use cases.

What You’ll Work On

• Fine-tuning Small Language Models using LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT
• Building healthcare-focused NLP and AI systems
• Synthetic dataset generation for domain-specific tasks
• Prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines
• Quantization & inference optimization for GPU-efficient deployments
• Benchmarking domain-specific SLMs against frontier models
• Production-grade AI workflows in high-accuracy environments

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years (PhD) or 5+ years (M.Tech) experience
• Strong hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience
• Product or research exposure in NLP/GenAI
• Ability to work on production AI systems end-to-end
• Healthcare AI or regulated domain experience is a plus
