Oracle Fusion Technical Lead (OIC Expert with BIP)

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to lead technical initiatives in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration, and business intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert with deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, capable of translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Lead technical design and implementation of data migrations and integrations (inbound and outbound) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

%CF; Develop and optimize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

%CF; Provide best practices recommendations and system-level guidance to ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and PaaS capabilities

%CF; Identify future-state technical needs and propose solutions leveraging OIC, BIP, and OTBI

%CF; Understand business requirements, propose development estimates, and define technical approaches for complex integrations

%CF; Create prototypes, technical approach documents, and quick reference guides aligned with client requirements and current-state processes

%CF; Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for interfaces with external systems

%CF; Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development teams, stakeholders, and clients

%CF; Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules

%CF; Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

%CF; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

%CF; Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance/Supply Chain modules

%CF; Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing data migrations and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

%CF; Demonstrated proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) report development

%CF; Proven experience with data migration projects for Finance and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud environments

%CF; Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PaaS and technical development best practices

%CF; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience managing client and stakeholder interactions

%CF; Ability to create technical specifications, solution documents, and implementation guides

Preferred Qualifications

%CF; Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

%CF; Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)

%CF; Oracle Cloud certifications

%CF; Experience in Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) transformation projects

%CF; Strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development – Mandatory

%CF; Good working knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

%CF; Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and related business processes

%CF; Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and documenting business and technical requirements

%CF; Ability to analyze and validate current-state processes and propose technical solutions

%CF; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client discussions and technical workshops

%CF; Prior experience leading Oracle Fusion integration and reporting initiatives
