Senior User Experience Designer

About The Role:\nThe Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences. The individual will drive UX strategy, ensure design consistency, and contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable products.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end UX design processes including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business to define user experience requirements.\nTranslate business needs and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.\nConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.\nCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.\nEnsure consistency by contributing to and maintaining design systems and UX guidelines.\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles across projects and teams.\nWork closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.\nContinuously improve product usability based on analytics, feedback, and industry best practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.\n8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nUnderstanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive designs.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nExperience with user research methods and usability testing.\nAttention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and design quality.\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\nProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
