Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Develop and implement plant-wide HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nEnsure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to Factory Act, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, and Labour Laws.\nDrive Zero Harm culture through proactive safety initiatives and behavioural safety programs.\nConduct risk assessments, HIRA/JSA studies, safety audits, and compliance inspections.\nLead incident investigation, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis for accidents and near misses.\nMonitor occupational health standards and industrial hygiene practices.\nEnsure proper management of hazardous materials, waste disposal, emissions, and environmental sustainability programs.\nOrganize safety training, emergency response drills, firefighting preparedness, and contractor safety management.\n\nExperience: 10 to 15 Years\nEducation: Degree in Engineering with a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field required.\nCertified Safety Officer - Recognised by Factories & Boilers, Goa
