Senior Graphics Designer

Position: Senior Graphics Designer\nLocation: New Delhi\nIndustry: Hospitality\nExperience Required: 2-5 Years\n\nMandatory Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere pro, Illustrator, Corel Draw, AI tools\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print.\n\nSkills Required:\n\nExperience as a graphic designer or in a related field.\nDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.\nProficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Google Workspace (Google slides, Docs, etc.), and Illustrator.\nA strong eye for visual composition.\nEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.\nAble to give and receive constructive criticism.\nUnderstanding of marketing, digital media platforms, production, website design, corporate identity, events creatives, advertisements, and multimedia design.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\nCreating compelling corporate / customer-facing presentations, proposals, social media campaign creatives, carousel ads, brochures, 3d mock-ups, illustrations, websites, newsletters, emails with software such as photoshop, illustrator, coral draw, InDesign, and adobe premiere\nCome up with creative design ideas and implements based on the project requirements and trends.\nPreparing the design outline and submitting them for approval.\nCoordinating with internal teams, web designers, and other colleagues as necessary.\nCommunicate with the team about the layout, creative vision, and innovations to be added to the final output.\nReviewing final Design and making improvements when necessary.\nHave outstanding attention to detail to provide consistent designs.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field\n0-5 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers can apply)\nB2B experience and IT industry experience are preferred\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite\nStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills\nPortfolio of work
