Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs while driving strong client engagement and business growth.\nJob Location: Cochin/Trivandrum (Kerala)\nPrimary Skills :\n12+ years of experience in technology delivery with proven experience of at least 3+ years leading programs, delivery portfolios, or engineering teams.\nProven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology projects with distributed teams.\nStrong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps.\nPrior technical background with exposure to Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies preferred.\nExpertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.\nStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.\nExperience managing client-facing engagements, financials, and account growth initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nDelivery & Project Execution\nOwn and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects/programs ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.\nDrive project planning, estimation, execution, and governance using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.\nEnsure strong delivery management practices including resource planning, milestone tracking, and release management.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor cross-functional technical teams including developers, architects, QA, and DevOps.\nBuild high-performing teams through effective mentoring, performance management, and collaboration.\nStakeholder & Client Management\nAct as the primary interface between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients.\nProvide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nRisk & Delivery Governance\nIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.\nEnsure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and best practices.\nAccount Mining & Business Growth\nIdentify and drive account mining opportunities within existing client engagements.\nCollaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposals, solutioning, and effort estimations.\nStrengthen client relationships and contribute to account expansion and revenue growth.\nFinancial & Resource Management\nManage P&L for assigned accounts or delivery portfolios, ensuring profitability and margin optimization.\nPlan team ramp-ups and ramp-downs through effective resource planning and utilization management.\nCertifications :\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.\nPMP / Scrum / SAFe certifications are an advantage
