Hiring Chartered Accountants (CA) – AGM Level | Pune
We are expanding our Finance Function and are looking for experienced Chartered Accountants to join our leadership team at our Pune location.
We are hiring for the following AGM-level positions:
1. AGM – Accounts & Financial Reporting
Lead financial accounting, IND AS reporting, month-end closure, receivables, payables, FEMA compliance, audits, internal controls and statutory compliance.
Ideal Profile:
CA with 8–12+ years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, SAP S/4 HANA, audits and manufacturing industry finance.
2. AGM – Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes)
Lead GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, tax planning, assessments, audits, transfer pricing compliance and regulatory matters.
Ideal Profile:
CA with strong expertise in corporate taxation, GST, tax compliance, assessments and manufacturing industry tax matters.
3. AGM – Costing & Manufacturing Finance
Lead product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, cost audit, profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
Ideal Profile:
CA/CMA with strong experience in manufacturing costing, SAP CO module, cost audit and business finance.
Common Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- SAP S/4 HANA exposure
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience: 5–12+ years depending on role
