Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow institutional & corporate sales business across North India.
- Identify and onboard new institutional clients including corporates, schools, colleges, universities, government departments, PSUs, and large organizations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional/corporate customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular market visits and business development activities across the region.
- Coordinate with distributors and dealers for institutional order execution and support.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, marketing, and finance for smooth order processing and execution.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, institutional meetings, and business events when required
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts to management.
Skills/Experience
- Experience in stationery, FMCG, consumer products, office supplies, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across North India.
- Good knowledge of corporate business development and distributor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling independent regional responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Graduate / MBA (preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Female Preferable
