About the Role

The role involves managing the lifecycle of EUC devices, ensuring proper configuration, inventory management, and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilitie

• sLifecycle Managemen t: Forecast and order management for EUC devices. Coordination with third-party vendors for purchase orders. Receiving, tagging, and stocking of devices. Spare and stock management for timely replacements
• .Device Configuration & Provisionin g: Configure and provision devices as per organizational standards. Coordinate with logistics service providers during provisioning. Ensure proper catalog and inventory management
• .Inventory & CMDB Managemen t
• :Maintain accurate inventory records and catalog updates
• .Update CMDB for all EUC assets
• .Track device health and lifecycle status
• .Refresh and Disposal Service s: Manage device refresh cycles based on lifecycle policies. Ensure secure disposal of retired devices
• .Workstation Managemen t
• :Image management for desktops and laptops
• .Application packaging and deployment
• .Patch management for security and compliance
• .Evergreen services for continuous updates and improvements
