PwC Hiring: Project Officer – Health\nLocation: Chhatra, Jharkhand (with sitting at client office)\nExperience: Minimum 5 Years\nQualification: Postgraduate from a premier/recognized institution in MBA (Healthcare Management) / Master’s in Health or Hospital Administration / PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management\n\nPosition Overview\nPwC is looking for an experienced Project Officer – Health to support district-level health and nutrition initiatives under government programs. The role focuses on monitoring & evaluation, innovation in public health interventions, and strengthening healthcare delivery systems through strategic partnerships and data-driven implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify emerging health and nutrition challenges and design innovative, district-level solutions\nMonitor and evaluate DMF funds and resources to support implementation of health and nutrition projects, ensuring transparency and accountability\nEstablish and manage partnerships with healthcare institutions, NGOs, and key stakeholders aligned with district/state health priorities\nOversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of large-scale health and nutrition programs to ensure measurable outcomes\nPromote innovative strategies such as awareness campaigns, preventive healthcare initiatives, and targeted interventions\nSupport baseline surveys and contribute to development of a 5-year perspective plan for sustainable health program implementation\n\nEligibility Criteria\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of large-scale programs\nExperience working with Government / Semi-Government / Donor Agencies / PSU / Corporate / Government Schemes\nStrong understanding of public health systems and program implementation frameworks\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in health and nutrition program management\nStrong analytical and evaluation skills for impact assessment\nAbility to work with multi-stakeholder environments\nExcellent communication and project management capabilities\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nPwC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
