Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer who can craft immersive, intuitive, and emotionally resonant user experiences that reflect Ithi's creative ethos. The ideal candidate will be both aesthetically sensitive and strategically minded, capable of translating Ithi's brand values into digital experiences that feel as soulful and intentional as our stories.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Build visually rich yet minimalist interfaces inspired by Ithi's earthy, cinematic, and tactile visual world.

User Experience

• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.

• Develop seamless experiences that prioritize clarity, emotional depth, and ease of navigation.

Brand Integration

• Translate Ithi's tone — warm, soulful, intentional — into consistent UI/UX design patterns.

• Incorporate brand elements like sacred geometry, film textures, and handcrafted typography into the interface design.

Collaboration

• Work closely with filmmakers, creative directors, developers, and branding teams.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to align design concepts with storytelling goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design finesse and user-centered thinking.

• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.

• Ability to integrate narrative and emotion into digital interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for creative platforms, film, or media industries.

• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS).

• An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and artistic collaboration.
