This role is designed for early-career professionals with excellent English skills who are beginning their journey in technical documentation and are keen to learn structured authoring, domain concepts, and professional ways of working.\n\nAs a Trainee Technical Writer, you will work with well-structured and clearly explained source inputs and will be guided by senior writers and mentors. You will contribute to simpler documentation units independently and support senior technical writers in developing complex deliverables.\n\nWork Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)\n\nLocations:\nMumbai (Andheri East)\n\nJob Description\nAs a Trainee Technical Writer, your responsibilities will include:\n\nWorking with low-complexity, well-structured source material to develop clear and accurate documentation\nCreating small documentation units such as trouble reports, editorials, or basic procedural content\nSupporting senior writers in developing more complex documentation units\nFollowing defined documentation instructions, templates, tools, and style guidelines closely\nParticipating in review cycles and incorporating feedback to improve content quality\nLearning documentation processes, tools, and structured authoring practices through hands-on work\nCommunicating clearly with team members to seek clarification and confirm understanding\nManaging assigned tasks with supervision while meeting agreed quality and delivery timelines\n\nWho are you?\nWe believe that you have following experience and skills:\n\nRequired Experience\n0–1 year of experience in technical writing, content development, or a related field (including internships or academic projects)\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills\nAbility to follow instructions accurately and consistently\nTelecom or IT domain knowledge\n\nSoft Skills\nComfortable working with mentoring and regular guidance\nWillingness to accept feedback and learn through revision cycles\nGood communication skills and a collaborative mindset\nReliable, organised, and attentive to detail\nDemonstrates discipline in following processes and standards\n\nWho are we?\n\nAleido AB , a global leader in product information and learning solutions., has acquired ibruk Consulting .
