  Salesforce Tech Lead and Developer with more than ten years of experienc
• e.Independently build and unit test components and work with development and QA team members to resolve code and configuration based defect
• s.Lead the development team and provide guidance and mentoring as neede
• d.Provide direction to the team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review existing platform related issue
• s.Lead proof of concepts with architects to evaluate and document new designs integrations patterns and practice
• s.Review the work of offshore developers and promote changes to higher environment
• s.Review architecture documents Provide leadership and demonstrate proficiency in core Salesforce capabilities including Apex Lightning Web Components flows triggers complex formulas workflows and securit
• y.Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies including sprint planning user story refinement daily standups and code reviews while providing leadership to team member
• s.Contribute to enhancements in DevOps processes including pipelines monitoring and test automatio
• n.Understand enterprise cross system integration concepts such as event processing and API interaction
• s.Conduct product and solution evaluations including Salesforce capabilities and third party vendor offerings by building prototypes and proof of concepts to align with business goal
• s.Design document an Copado Jenkins or Gearse
• t.Minimum four years of progressively responsible technical and business experience developing enterprise level applications including Salesforce full stack developmen
• t.Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model across various clouds and products with solid data modeling experienc
• e.Subject matter expertise in branching and code merging practices using Git or equivalent repositorie
• s.Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud & Experience with Marketing Clou
• d.Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferre
• d.Experience evaluating deploying and upgrading Salesforce managed packages highly preferre
• d.Experience working independently as an offshore resourc
• e.Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Platform Developer one and two Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant are preferre
• d.Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantag
